Feel Good From Within with Yvette Le Blowitz - #SPAITGIRL Podcast

EP.194 - What's Your Grief w/Eleanor Haley, MS and Litsa Williams, MA LCSW-C, Mental Health Professionals, Co-Authors

What's Your Grief? is a timely reminder that you don't have to grieve alone.

Losses, big and small, turn your world upside down.  What's Your Grief? will help you through all of them.

Many life changes need to be grieved, from the loss of a loved one to the loss of a job, from a breakup to a relocation, and all the rest of life's ebbs and flows.

In What's Your Grief?, Mental Health Professionals Eleanor Haley and Litsa Williams shares insights into the complex but universal experience of grief.

Discover little know truths about grief, what to do when you are experiencing guilt grief, practical tips on change and loss.

Mental Health Professionals Eleanor Haley and Litsa Williams are the creators of a Grief Site www.whatsyourgrief.com and community and they have both experienced significant losses themselves.

They know that individual grief is unique and there is no "right" way to cope.  The What's Your Grief? Book has Lists to Help You Through Any Loss.

What's Your Grief, book discusses some of the most common grief experiences and breaks down psychological concepts to help you understand your thoughts and emotions.

It also shares useful coping tools, and helps the reader reflect on their unique relationship with grief and loss.

Both Eleanor Haley and Litsa Williams share that they can't tell you exactly how to manage your grief.  As all losses are unique, no book or theory will ever perfectly describe what you are going through as someone grieving a loss.

However, they can use everything they have learnt after a decade of writing about grief, in their down to earth approach, to help grieving people better understand their experiences and find ways to cope with the day-to-day struggle of living with grief.

Although grief is immensely complicated, Eleanor Hayley and Litsa Williams philosophy has always been that the best way to cope is often one step at a time.
