A Talk from my YouTube Channel Yvette Le Blowitz....

I confess it’s been a work in progress.

But I became self aware that I had lost touch with connecting to my own self when I work up in the morning because as a blogger all I could think about was grabbing my phone and getting straight on it and checking out my news feed and trying to get straight to work.

Until I discovered by doing this I actually had lost the art of connecting to my own self.

When it came my own self care I soon realised that I was starting to feel like shit because instead of putting my self and my own health first I was listening to other people who was telling me you must reply to every comment that is left on your Instagram account, you most post daily or at least three times a day to be relevant and the list of what a blogger must do just grew and grew and not the money side of things just the pure admin of having to reply to every comment left every DM, email and the list goes on and on.

And that is when I discovered the art of my Mantra - It Starts With Me - forget trying to do what every marketing guru tells you - if creating all this content and having to maintain it is taking you away from your own health & well being what is the point back in the old days people were satisfied with reading one post a week so tell me they talk about trying to keep up with the Joneses but now all we are doing globally is trying to keep up with the Social Media Gurus who are dictating that the world needs more more more content but my question is why?

So with that in mind I decided it was time to live my life and to do what was best for me. I quickly discovered that people carried on f I didn’t respond to their message first thing in the morning and doing it in the afternoon was fine, that less is best and that it was so important did me as a spiritual being to stay true to who I am and to recognised that social media is more about the physical world and the obsession for more more more but when in fact the world needs less and messages that we can actually process.
