Emily Silva quit her corporate job in 2014 to go after her dreams of becoming an author and starting her own business.
She launched a coaching company which specialises in helping women harness their bravery to create the lives they desire.
She has helped her clients with career changes, starting their own businesses, and cultivating their spiritual lives through mindfulness.
She lives in San Diego when she isn't traveling to create a new soul adventure.
Her first book was Moonlight Gratitude: 365 Nightime Meditations for Deep, Tranquil Sleep All Year Long was published in 2017.
