Emotional Detox is one of nine books Sherianna has written, including her book The Four Gifts of Anxiety which was endorsed by The National Association for Mental Health.

Sherianna is an adjunct Psychology Professor, former licensed School Psychologist, Certified Life Coach and nationally certified yoga instructor.

She is the mother of three strong daughters and married to her home town hubby. When she is not writing she is probably grocery shopping or recording Cleanse Yoga.
